At The REACH Center, our mission is to equip and embolden young people to achieve success in education and employment through a strong network of dedicated partners.
Housing
If you are experiencing homelessness, through our ACT Program we provide individualized case management support for youth ages 12-24 who are dealing with homelessness.
Violence Prevention
Our Violence Prevention program provides personalized case management to participants ages 13-21 with a focus on education, resources and mentorship.
Education
The REACH Center is here to support you in achieving your educational goals. We offer support with college applications and admissions, and free educational workshops on a wide range of topics.
Employment
The REACH Center offers a variety of job resources and opportunities through a number of partnered colleges and organizations.
Advocacy
Our mission is to create positive change, taking back voice and power by offering more collaboration with and for youth and young adults (YYA), more supportive and structured housing and more support to all YYA in all stages of their lives.
