YAB Coordinator
Elaina Darrington
Elaina Darrington has served as the Coordinator Pierce County Youth Action Board since late 2023. Elaina has held various roles at Reach, all centered around convening communities to generate energy and momentum around ending and preventing youth homelessness. She is passionate about fostering opportunities to learn and prioritizing community over convenience, in everyday ways. She encourages you to join her, in challenging the systems that perpetuate harm. Outside of the office you’ll find her on the road, in a book. Her favorite color is green and she loves a stop for ice cream & French Fries.

Chloe Matsunaga is the YAB secretary. She considers herself both a scientist and an artist. She enjoys working on projects and strives to create change so youth don’t have to endure the same struggles she did.
